SAN-L Automatic & Safety Needle for any Type of Luer Syringe
The SAN-L is a single-use sterile hypodermic needle for use with luer-lock syringes for subcutaneous or intramuscular drug administration. The SAN-L is the only disposable device to combine automatic needle insertion, passive sharps protection, a hidden needle, while allowing manual control of injection’s speed.
The SAN-L is the best of both worlds: like an autoinjector, SAN-L reduces patient anxiety and is easy to use. Additionally, SAN-L also allows the patient to control the speed of the injection, which has been shown to reduce the perception of pain.
Providing high safety level and ease-of-use, the SAN-L is a targeted for self injection, offering a perfect match for a Self Administered Drug (SAD).

Step By Step Use
Step 1: Attach
Connect the SAN-L to a standard luer syringe filled with ready-to-inject drug
Remove cap
Step 2: Insert
Push the SAN-L against skin until there is an audible click. Needle is automatically inserted.
Step 3: Inject
Press the syringe plunger to manually inject the drug.
Step 4: Remove
Remove from skin and discard properly
